*(you are responsible to pick up the finished product and for processing costs which are about $1.40 per pound of hanging weight.  Hanging weight usually runs 150 to 200 pounds)

Our beef is grass-fed and then finished with grain and hay. What makes our beef different is that we have the butcher dry age it for up to 21 days. This causes the meat to become tender and full of flavor. Our beef is usually Choice to Prime grading which is higher than what you will find at the grocery store. We sell by the whole, half, or quarter steer. It is cut and wrapped to your specification.
